Privacy policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information lowball (lowballtix.com) collects and how we use it. The short version: we collect very little, and we never sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Things you send us. If you join the waitlist, email us or sign up for price alerts, we keep your email address, your city and the kinds of events you picked (and your phone number, if you give it) so we can let you in, reply, or send the updates and alerts you asked for. We only text you if you check the box saying we can.
- Settings saved on your device. The site remembers small things, like whether you've already joined the waitlist, in your own browser.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
When you click through to a ticket site
When you tap a link to buy on another site, that site (and its affiliate partner) may use cookies to know you came from lowball. What happens there, including your purchase and payment details, is covered by that site's own privacy policy, not ours. lowball never sees your payment information.
How we use information
- To run and improve lowball
- To let you in from the waitlist and send the updates and alerts you signed up for, which you can turn off anytime
- To answer your messages
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete any personal information we have about you by emailing lowballtix@gmail.com. If you live in California, you have rights under California privacy law, and we'll honor those requests.
Kids
lowball isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
